Designing a 14,000 sq. ft. residence is not merely an exercise in scale—it’s an exploration of vision, emotion, and precision. In Sanjeevni, a luxury residence in Noida, principal designer Ar. Sunny Gupta, founder of Fantini Designs, has crafted an immersive living experience where light, stone, and nature converge in harmony. The result is an architectural statement that feels as timeless as it is tactile, as intimate as it is grand.

The home opens into a drawing room that sets the design tone—an elegant interplay of curated craftsmanship and international sensibility. Giorgetti chairs sit gracefully alongside bespoke Fantini furniture, while a beige leather sofa and a walnut table topped with honey onyx introduce warmth and understated sheen.

The media wall emerges as a sculptural highlight—its surface composed of book-matched Italian stone framed by solid red oak CNC louvres. Yet, the most arresting element lies behind the main seating: a rare travertine quarried below water level, marked by organic, pipe-like formations that seem shaped by the sea itself. “This wasn’t just a material choice,” shares Gupta. “It was about creating a backdrop that feels alive, almost breathing.” Accentuated with Sicis mosaics and the natural view of the landscaped garden beyond, the wall becomes a living artwork—dynamic, textural, and luminous.
Adding a note of drama, a Sri Lankan face sculpture on an orange pedestal punctuates the natural tones, embodying Gupta’s instinct for visual storytelling through art.

The living and dining areas are defined by soaring volume and sculptural imagination. A double-height wall in black Marquina stone serves as a canvas for a tiger carved in stone—a motif that balances power and nostalgia. “I wanted to soften aggression with memory,” says Gupta. “The tiger, reinterpreted through the lens of Pac-Man, becomes less a symbol of dominance and more a reminder of play.”
Above the dining area, a 300-kg ceiling installation—sourced by the client and executed with intricate detailing—commands attention. Combining antique mirror panels, brass detailing, and a glass chandelier, the piece arches gracefully overhead, representing both client aspiration and Fantini’s technical mastery in precision installation.

The gallery that connects the private spaces transitions the material palette with quiet opulence—blue lapis inlay on Sicilian stone flooring paired with a wooden ceiling and antique veneer by Century. The space glimmers like jewelry yet retains a sense of composure and warmth.
The master washroom takes on a cinematic scale, clad entirely in grey onyx stone, with a vast mirror amplifying light and volume. A chandelier refracting across stone introduces a soft glow, while a wall lined in chrome-finished aluminum tiles adds a reflective, contemporary counterpoint to the classic materiality of onyx.

Ultimately, Sanjeevni is more than a luxury residence—it is a poetic narrative woven through stone, light, and human memory. Every design gesture, from the underwater travertine to the Pac-Man tiger and client-curated chandelier, speaks of collaboration, emotion, and the designer’s pursuit of timeless elegance.
As Ar. Sunny Gupta defines it, “Design isn’t about opulence—it’s about evoking feeling. Sanjeevni reflects that balance where material, memory, and meaning come together.”
